Inside the Journey to A Brand New Me is a direct result of this blog. The feedback from you all made me realize my story resonated with lots of people. Surprisingly people from all over the country and parts of other countries.

So I decided to write a book. Crazy right? Well, I’m happy to announce that it’s completed, published, and available on Amazon, CreateSpace, and me directly.

This isn’t a “how to lose weight book” in the since of I’m giving steps or a plan. No, this book is what I went through and who I became on the journey to losing the weight.
